To get access to the convent in "The Noerre Djurs Hallen" and to participate in all arrangements there, inclusive meals etc. each participant contribute with a basic attendance fee of 10 € (euro) a day. Accommodation either at the school near by or in the camp at the grass area around the sports hall is for free and this includes both local transportation and bathing either at the facilities for this at the school or in the sports hall, while travelling to and from Djursland and other kind of housing, like at guesthouses or hotels, are paid for directly by each individual.

"The Djurslands Developing Council", a board of the mayors on Djursland, contribute to the financing of the convent with 6.725 € (euro). Other kind of financial support are still investigated.
